While I can see that my old stomping grounds in the Midwest are swiftly encountering dropping temperatures, over here in San Francisco, we have had some of our warmest temperatures of the summer. So fall dreams of jackets and boots haven't quite been fulfilled. But, you can get away with ankle boots and a skirt, and at least in the mornings and evenings it's cool enough for some layers. If that's the only taste of fall I get for a little while longer, really, I'm okay with that.
